Pick a type
Choose from Amazon FBA and return pallets, unclaimed parcels, mystery boxes, clothing, electrical and more.
Ask for photos
Message us on WhatsApp. We’ll send photos of the actual pallet and tell you what’s on it.
Reserve and pay
Pay by card through our secure online checkout, or by bank transfer: message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send the bank details.
Collect or delivery
Collect free from our warehouse at Norfolk Pallets, Unit 5, Cobbleacre Park, Brick Kiln Road, Hevingham, Norwich NR10 5NL, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or add tracked delivery anywhere in the UK for £70 a pallet, delivered in 2 to 4 working days.
Collection and delivery
Collection is free from our warehouse: Norfolk Pallets, Unit 5, Cobbleacre Park, Brick Kiln Road, Hevingham, Norwich NR10 5NL, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Tracked delivery is £70 a pallet to anywhere in the UK, and takes 2 to 4 working days.
Paying and reserving
Card: pay online through our secure checkout, run by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Bank transfer: message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you the bank details.
Holding a pallet: a £50 deposit holds it for you for a week.

Can I see the pallet before I buy?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you photos of the actual pallet you’re interested in, not a stock photo.
Where does your stock come from?
Return pallets from the major high-street retailers and online stores: Amazon, eBay, AliExpress and plenty more.
What condition are the items in?
Unless a pallet is listed as brand new, any pallet can contain customer returns, ex-display items or damaged boxes. Ask for photos and we’ll tell you what we know about that load.
Are unclaimed parcels and mystery boxes sealed?
Yes. Unclaimed parcels and mystery boxes are sold sealed, just as they came to us.
Can I collect, or do you deliver?
Both. Collection is free from our warehouse at Norfolk Pallets, Unit 5, Cobbleacre Park, Brick Kiln Road, Hevingham, Norwich NR10 5NL. Collection is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Tracked delivery anywhere in the UK is £70 per pallet and takes 2 to 4 working days.
How do I pay, and can I reserve a pallet?
Pay by card through our secure online checkout (Stripe), or by bank transfer: message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you the bank details. A £50 deposit holds a pallet for you for a week.
How often does new stock come in?
New stock arrives every 2 to 3 days, and we always have return pallets in. Ask on WhatsApp for what’s just come in.
Can I return what I buy?
Mystery boxes and unclaimed parcels can be returned within 30 working days: message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. Pallet sales are final, because each pallet’s listing describes the condition of the stock clearly and we’ll send photos of the actual pallet before you buy.
